Applebee's Grill + Bar in Alabama

"I had the chicken tenders, cheese sticks and fries. We ordered pretzels and beer cheese dip. My husband did not like the way his shrimp was undered cook. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We will visit again."

"I pick up Applebee’s a lot on my way home from work. I usually order the blackened salmon or the bourbon chicken and shrimp meals, and they are usually always good and their broccoli is usually awesome. The service is always good. That being said last night I ordered the bourbon, chicken and shrimp and I ordered a side of broccoli. For some reason the chicken tasted like it was cooked in soap, and the broccoli had absolutely no seasoning on it. I called the restaurant explained what happened and the manager Miss Lisa was so sweet. She made a note of my name and told me to call her when I was coming back by and she would make it for me. when I work tonight I called. I didn’t even have to tell her who I was. She knew as soon as we started talking who I was and she said OK I’m gonna go in there and get it going. I’ll see you when you get here. I picked up my food( Miss Lisa was still very sweet) came home. I ate my meal and it was amazing. She did a wonderful job and she is an absolute asset to Applebee’s she is the sweetest person. She’s also the reason I came on here to leave this review, because she was so sweet, and so kind and I greatly appreciate her. I hope Applebee’s knows what a great employee they have."

"This was a quick Sunday lunch after picking up my kid from her school. We had a long island ice tea and original margarita. She had some buffalo boneless wings, and I had the classic combo with spinach dip, Buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks, and quesadillas. It was delicious we sat at the bar. Tahadra was our server, and she was attentive and great. Everyone was very friendly. Nice atmosphere, great drinks, and food."

"Best Applebee's I have been to. Great staff and good service. The food is on part with corporate box restaurants, so if you are looking for something to blow your socks off, this ain't it. But the staff and cleanliness of the restaurant win a good review from me."

"Excellent dining experience. Not crowded. Service was good. Server kept checking on us to make sure everything was good and apologized when he thought the food was taking too long, but it didn’t seem long. My husband loved the All You Can Eat Shrimp. The Sirloin was very good and my granddaughter loved the fajitas."

"Came in on a Sunday night and it was fairly empty, we were seated almost immediately and the waitress came over soon after. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was good, and the drinks were nice and cold. Super cheap, we didn’t have to wait long, and we enjoyed our meal so I think this place is a win. The only thing that we didn’t like was how loud the music was but we sat right under the speaker."

"I was pleasantly surprised with the burger I ordered. On this visit I ordered a "whole lotta bacon burger." As mentioned by the name this burger had bacon and thanks to Tasha, we were able to enjoy it when instructed to have the bacon extra crispy! Very attentive to detail and recognized that we had finished a soccer game and served us additional drinks ahead of us finishing our first round. Very considerate and really awesome waitressing! Can't wait to go back after another football win!"
